Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using BettingApp's website and related services. By registering or using BettingApp, you confirm that you agree to all the terms set out here.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between BettingApp and its members. If you object to any of these terms, please refrain from using BettingApp's services.

BettingApp reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with BettingApp, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — a national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful — false names, phone numbers, or addresses are not permitted.
• Sharing or selling your account login credentials to anyone is strictly prohibited.

Registration on BettingApp is completely free. After signing up, you'll need to complete email or SMS verification.

The terms governing financial transactions on BettingApp are detailed below:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — you will need to submit a photo of your national ID and a selfie.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering must be completed.
• BettingApp does not charge any transaction fees — however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before placing a bet on BettingApp, make sure you understand these rules:

• Incorrect odds: If abnormal odds appear due to a technical error or human mistake, BettingApp reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live Betting: In-play betting odds change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are final.
• Accumulator: In an accumulator bet, if any one event is lost or voided, the entire bet will be affected.

BettingApp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms — the general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 10–25x the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets.
• Validity: Every bonus has a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Complete the requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Applicable Markets: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or markets. This will be stated in the offer details.
• Cashback: Cashback offers generally carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn directly.

BettingApp regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions. These special events have their own rules.

• Eligibility: To participate in a tournament, you must have an active account during the specified period, and in some cases, a minimum deposit or bet amount may be required.
• Points Calculation: Leaderboard points are generally determined by bet amount and win rate. The exact calculation method will be detailed on each tournament's page.
• Prize distribution: Prize rewards will be distributed to winners within 48 hours of the tournament ending. Cash prizes will be credited directly to your wallet.
• Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the member who reached that points total first will be ranked higher.
• Right to Cancel: BettingApp reserves the right to cancel or suspend any tournament at any time due to technical issues or other reasons.
• Fraud: If unusual betting patterns or multiple accounts are used to inflate tournament points, all points will be voided and the account suspended.

BettingApp's in the Lottery section Daily draws, weekly mega lotteries, and instant lotteries are all available. The following special terms apply to this section:

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
• Draws are powered by RNG technology and verified by independent third-party auditors.
• Prizes not claimed within 72 hours of winning will be forfeited.
• A member may purchase any number of tickets in a draw — however, the same ticket number cannot win more than one prize.
• Festival lottery tickets are available in limited quantities — sales will close once they run out.

BettingApp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's information
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system or using software bots
• Abusing any promotion or bonus (bonus abuse)
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the KYC verification process
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor

Upon permanent closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — unless there is evidence of fraud. Members may also request account closure at any time.

BettingApp believes betting should be fun — not a source of stress. That's why we give our members the tools to set their own limits:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you can bet within a given time period.
• Cooling-off: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days — no bets can be placed during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: For extended breaks, activate Self-Exclusion for a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
